Seems a bit pricey for a OHV 125cc model, they certainly look good.

Thanks for posting that information, Hao Jian was also named in this article relating to industry wide scam of falsification of certificates.
Most of these certificates likely went to trading companies that sold export units online domestically.
Total production numbers less exports equals domestic sales, the number of certificates issued represent domestic sales. The issued certificates exceeded reported domestic sales by five million industry wide. The reporting is done by the factory, they report the numbers they ship to their dealers and also the numbers they export. Not all manufactures had a variance the article lists some that had no variances and also the manufactures with the variances.

Sukida offering their ‘Monster’ which is what they call it, hey it works for Ducati. Is old news, at least a year maybe more? The link the member that goes by the screen name ‘Humanbeing’ posted tell about Hao Jiang and it filing for bankruptcy, thing is who knows what bankruptcy means in China? Some may have trouble in assuming that the bankruptcy will follows any conventional international standards, who knows if it will even follow Chinese regulations. What is going to become of the factory and the employees, the UK vendor made a bad choice for a supplier for sure. You cannot help but wonder if Hao Jiang’s abuse of printing manufactured certificates in excess of their actual sales brought a quick call on their outstanding debt or maybe their line of credit at the bank was pulled?
What likely happened after 2010 and with the national implementation of a common system for printing manufactured certificates, which can be used to claim a tax rebate as well as it being needed to legally register motorcycle, what likely happened is that certain manufactures printed more and sold them to others, collectively to the tune of five million annually.

There's a rumor as 廣東十八豪 ie 18 "豪" from Guangdong
===
Moster is made by Hao Jiang (hou "gong" in Cantonese) 豪江 in Jiangmen NOT Hao Jian (hou "kim" in Cantonese) 豪劍 as above
Re: Hao Jian/SUKIDA 广州番禺豪剑摩托车工业有限公司

Looks like they added a full fender, that does not cover the USD forks very well, to the version selling in the UK, did you do a ride report for that excursion. I missed that you bought one of them, is it retired yet or are you still ridding it.

Ha ha it took ages to get the phone to work for that photo so I'm glad someone likes it.

I did write a ride report or two . You can see them there if interested.
It's a shame about that bike , it's a nice comfy ride and a great handler but let down by so many penny pinching things. I still ride it every day , the clutch perch just snapped coming home. I bought a new rear wheel, the new one arrived with a crack in the hub, the chain cut off the exhaust pipe when it was new. The tank is full of rust and was like that new. etc etc
It has never actually stopped though...
