Good to see I am not alone in Guandong

Hi all,

I am in Huizhou district close to Dongwan just came across this forum and must say wow, what a great resource, still harvesting through all those interesting threats. :clap:

I have a Zongshen CQR250 since over a year, but only ride some dirt roads in the back yard from time to time.

Still trying to get legal. The I went several times to the local traffic police department of Huizhou district (where I did my cars drivers license) but was assured since 2011 they are not issuing motorcycle licenses any more, not for foreigners and also not for locals. Local driving schools told me the same. Which is strange, since this district is rather rural, and anything with wheels drives around here.

Does anybody have some advice if I can do the license in Dongwan or do I have to go to another province?

Anyways, good to be in this forum now. I hope one day I have everything together to enjoy a longer trip in China.
