Hi All, I am looking for more info & some parts on a bike that I recently bought. It is called a Retro 250 GY-9. It looks like a Zongshen 250cc 4 stroke engine. Any help?

The bike looks like a Lifan GY-5, but if it has a Zongshen engine then it just has the same body parts as the Lifan. As for parts; you would find parts for the engine better with the engine code then the model name. Also if you looking for a specific part then just look for that part, your not likely to find a parts list for a "Retro 250" and any searching on that is likely going to bring up lots of old bikes with 250 engines.
Zongshen sells engines to other manufactures they also sell their own models and I have never seen one that looks identical to a Lifan GY-5

WMI from the vin will tells who make it.
I can tell you the engine is based on the Honda CG125 which was designed to be a reliable work horse for 3rd world countries. It uses a single lobe cam, upper and lower rocker arms, and short push rods.
