Superbyke sbs 125

Hi everyone, I'm having problems with my ignition barrel, I've replaced the barrel and still don't work i can get the bike started but not with the key,( with a 10wat fuse and a wire coming from the battery to the black wire of the ignition barrel)the power is getting to the switch but won't turn on using the key, I've had to take the alarm off as it don't work would that have something todo with it as the ignition runs through it?

Also could the cdi be the problem?
