Hi, now this may have been covered and probably has but, is the Sinnis Apache restricted, as I have a full licence and am fairly old I don't need a restricted bike, if it is restricted does anyone know how/where?
Thanks. rob1n.

There's no restriction other than the fact that it's a 125 ;)
There are no restrictions as such, other than environmental protection equipment. If you remove that you'll probably only make your bike fail its MOT and lose a load of torque.
Thanks for that, I was looking at that messy environmental gubbings, surely removing it shouldn't affect the running adversely?
I was toying with the idea of removing it and seeing how I got on, as it's close to a Suzuki GS engine, I don't remember that Having such a device.
If you are talking about the SAI valve (the thing that connects to the bottom of the cylinder block) it makes almost no difference to performance what so ever so there is no point taking it off.
The DEP exhaust for the Apache will increase the bhp slightly. But nothing major. http://www.sinnismotorcycles.com/news/?p=194
Thanks everyone, looks like it is what it is, I must say, it has loosened up a bit now, almost run in and a little bit faster.
