Skygo = Lifan
Yamaha sold a lot of Virgos 750’s in the UK, you can get one very cheap.
You could also get an original XV535...I really doubt you will ever see a 2009 Lifan in the future being resold with 25K miles on it.

They probably do share parts, but not material or build quality.
What millege is on it? And what condition?
I have actually just picked up the SG400, but after having a chinese lexmoto which had nothing but troubles (blown manifold, leaking petrol tank, seized rear brakes, and falling apart) i made certain to research, research and do more research into this bike. What i found was reviews and info is very rare, but the few reviews from owners i did find all had praise for the bike! One of which posted updates on thier bike every 1000 miles, and said the bike improved alot once broken in, build quality was fine and genraly a great bike.
Which is what sealed the deal for me, its still a a gamble tho as with any chinese bike.
15 on the clock ,,but it is wearing it well!!! its been looked after..may be ok as a cheap hack!!!!
Based on all thesearching i did personaly id take the gamble, but likei said it is a gamble as is any chinese bike, parts are easily available tho on cmpo so thats a bonus.
Did you go for it in the end?
In all honesty,I, did not have the balls,,,it was not cheap enough to take the risk...but I had a great test ride,,and it felt a solid bike,,,all the best
