New leather jacket too stiff
Hello, happy holidays too all. I got a bilt spirit leather jacket from cyclegear and it fits perfectly on me, problem is that on the forearm area it gets pretty painful and sore from the jacket. Just raising my hands to put my hemlet on usually leaves me very small bruises on my forearms because the leather is soo god damn stiff. Apart from time and me riding with the jacket to break it in, are there any ways that I could loosen the leather?
P.S. I would rather have methods that don't involve getting mink oil or saddle soap or anything of that kind that has to do with treating the leather, more of ways like putting it on a coat rack and tying the sleeves up or "mechanical" stuff like that
thanks guys

For new race leathers, we normally put them on, take a shower with them to get them soaked, then ride for a while in the position you are most likely in on the bike. They will fit like a glove afterwards, and end up smoother then new.
Not wanne tell you to that right now ..:icon10:.., but soaking the arm, then move it for a while might help to make it softer and smoother.

"not wanna tell you to that right now", why not? And ride around with the leathers on wet?
