The bikes are legal I will have a drivers license for cars, We can go and come from China with no prob I don't think there will be any with the bikes and we do plan on comming back buy 09/01
From what we know you need an export paper which allows you re-import, which probably might not be available at the border. Also note that the only land border for third country nationals is Erenhot.Quote:

Still, 2 weeks is really not a lot of time. Don't know what bikes are you on but it will take about 3 days to reach the border from where you are.

Thanks for the info. Update now some of my Chinese friends want to go so were going to Inner Mongolia as they are not passport holders. We just plan on heading out and camping for 10 days and and 3 or 4 days on the road. Again anyones with time and a bike is welcome to come. PM me with your sykpe and I get in contact with you.:goodtime::thumbsup:
