Yes it is. In K-way Cruisers was used a copy of Yamaha XV250 engine. In my opinion not bad quality.

Other than the engine, this is exactly the same as a Qinag Jiang 150cc, even same tank logo, probably based on a suzuki GS frame and wheels.

The YAMAHA stoped manufacture this bike about two or three years ago.
