engine transplant

It's me again with questions from brainbox.... :icon10::icon10:

If I was to swap the engine in my 250cc gionvanni with a Honda XR200 motor, what should I also change.

Will the Carb (Mikuni) work with proper jetting I suppose. I found out the proper jetting for the XR200.

Will the wiring harness work or should I get a new harness for the motor?

Anything else I should look for.

Likely you're in uncharted waters with this one. You'll likely need more than a new harness. The coils, brainbox, rectifier/reg may also need to be changed. It could be a very involved project!
