Hello everyone
I applied for a job in Shenyang, Liaoning.
As I never been there, I have no idea what the legal situation is like over there. Is it totally banned like Shenzhen, very restricted but possible like Beijing, or more lax? I hold a C1E driving license.
I would not be psyched to relocate there, but if I have to be a pedestrian, that'll be worse...
I welcome any feedback, and it'd be great to chat with a rider who lived/owned a bike there (if there's anyone)
From what I hear, SY should be an ok place for a bike. Do you have a bike in BJ? If so, and if plated "京" you are fine in SY.
I do have a 京A plated bike here; but I also might buy something else there, and get a local plate...
I lived in Shenyang for a year and a half. I never saw any motorcycles. My girlfriend (she is from Sheyang) told me motorcycles are banned in the city.
Good luck anyway, i only remember the black snow.. just black snow everywhere. I hate that city.
