My new (2009) Qingqy GY 200

My new bike, the Qingqy gy 200 :)
Got it second hand, model 07/2009, with 2700 km on the clock. Tach not working (rev counter went over 12k and stuck there, seems easily repairable). Other than that, an amazing bike. I got it as a third bike, (own also 2k8 CBR1000rr and 2010 Aprilia Dorsoduro 750 vtwin). It's simply awesome, went for some trails and its so easy to handle on offroad. In the city it can easily do 130 km/h for me (Im 97kg). For the price paid (1100euro) I think it's a wondermachine.
Im not usually into chinese anything but this one seems solid, lotsa suzuki in there.

It has some mods too:
- handgrips
- front fender
- rear fender
- the hold bar? - the metal piece for the grips dunno how its called in english

So, any mods for this bike? Any pictures on how to mod the stock exaust and remove the catalyzer or other mods :)?

Welcome to the board and nice bike! The white version of that bike is one of my favorite colors but it's hard find. :thumbsup:

Couple of members have already done the exhaust mod but i don't remember if they have posted any pics. Some of them may be in your neck of the woods. Where are you at?

Welcome and well done! i got the kinlon gy200 and it is also a 200cc but it is a dog compared to yours, won't do 90 kmh unless the wind is behind and I have eaten too many beans. handles badly too but that could be partly me!
Oh well, at least mine is black ...
