I'm looking for a larger pilot jet(For PZ30 with accel.pump)
I would like to change my 36 pilot jet because my bike is running too lean on idle! My old PZ30 carb with no accelerator pump and my new PZ30 with accelerator pump have the same main jets.....but they have different pilot jets. I don't know why! It's impossible to find a 38 and/or a 40 pilot jet for my new PZ30 with accel. pump. I searched on a thousand of websites and called 4 dealership. They had nothing! Somebody can help me, please? Thank you!
This is my old PZ30 (no accel. pump) pilot jet:

Re: I'm looking for a larger pilot jet(For PZ30 with accel.pump)
I think you need the dimensions to match it? For example: it’s
8.5mm in length with a 3.5mm Round Head.
This may shed some light on things…..

Then maybe your looking for this…I am not sure though.
Keihin N424-52 OEM FCR-MX Leak Jet
8.5mm in length with a 3.5mm Round Head
then you could find that here:

Did you ever have any luck finding where to order the jet? I have the same one and am experienceing the same dead ends.

I'm sorry to ask a dumb question but, are you not able to enrich the idle mixture with the mixture adjustment screw. I don't mean to insult, I am just curious. I have the same carburetor on my DF250RTC. I have been trying to find a larger high-speed jet myself.
