They were apparently Jincheng bikes assembled in Columbia. UM is out of business now from what I hear.

The year 2007, 2008 and 2009 UM Renegade 200 was the best-selling model in Chile.-

UM is out of business in the U.S. I don't know about the rest of the world, though. They are still showing the three re-badged Hyosungs on the website machaca listed above.
