Clutch lever switch question?

I was just wondering what the little micro switch on my clutch lever does? I want to swap the lever for another one (pulse adrenaline 125 '08)

It stops you from accidentally using the starter motor if you are in gear with the clutch out.

You can just short circuit it if it's bothering you. That means you could start the motor at any time, so remember to always pull the clutch in!
