I posted some links to Veli Motors, who just emailed me with the same bike, on chinariders. I have seen similar bikes offered with a 180cc engine in the US (on the net-not in person), and again, in the email with Veli.

Thanks look interesting and might be a fun toy to play with. Need to make sure it can be tagged in NJ
YOu could check with motobravo, but your state might have other ideas...:deal: even if they think they are legal there...:gun_bandana:
However, see if there are motobravo dealers in NJ

I have to wonder about the 180cc Hornet? It may be in the EPA list but I do not see it in the 2011 list...maybe its in the 2010 list?
You can check...I would say if you can find it and then also make sure it has good coding on the VIN it has to be legal to register in any state.

First bike....I was 14 and road it without a license or a plate, top speed 30mph, technically it was considered a motorcycle but passed as a moped and at the time mopeds required no drivers license to ride or plates.
I like this manufacturer they copy everything even the names of other brands.
They make real nice super cub copy.

I really could not get one of these but it does bring back memories, it's a good copy. I do not see how people deal with a 50cc, the 110cc and top speed of 45 would be good though.
