cut-rate airlines in China
I recently heard about a budget airline that filies between Beijing and Shanghai's Hongqiao Airport, and its business model is first come, first served, no advanced ticketing, and super cheapo fares (like 350 rmb one way!). I failed to note the details, and now cannot find any such information. Was I dreaming?
This is only tangentially relevant to MCM, as I think we'd all prefer to travel by motorbike. But it could be useful for those times when we are shipping our bikes to exotic locales...
Does this ring a bell with anyone?
Thanks!

The only low cost carrier with domestic flights I'm aware of is Spring Airlines SSS. Its not flying though, its torture!
