JH600B for sale (or maybe a Victory)
"B" is off the market, as I'm not going to dupe some unsuspecting laowai with a serious JH600 stalling problem. Despite my best efforts, I just can't get that problem permanently fixed.
However, my Victory Kingpin with <3K kms could be available for 80K rmb. Bags & screen. Heated Corbin touring seat. If you like big American-made cruisers, this is a premier bike. It is a 1700cc (92 c.i.). Great for pulling up to a Starbucks.

Wowsers ... I'm not too familiar with sidecars or big bikes, but this sounds like an incredible deal for those who might be interested. I would suggest that you run, not walk, to Lao Jia Hu if you're interested in these bikes

Great bike, still remember it although I have only seen it once.
Very interested, but, ehh, my house rules say I gotta sell my (your) XTR first....

Re: JH600B for sale (or maybe a Victory)
Hey LJH,
Can the Side car be separated from the rest of the outfit (mechanically) without too much drama. Yes, I'm well aware of all the legalities etc. but just curious how things are mated together? Also you mention it has the Hebei plate, is that transferable into a Foreigners name or only a Chinese name? Any hassles with inter-province transfers you think?
There's a new JH600B down here (no plate and had wrapping on seat), - parked close to the Pizza Hut in Beilun (Ningbo) a few weeks ago, it was at night and I took a few photos, which did not turn out so well. While I was taking a few photos of the rig/outfit a few locals stopped and started taking photos with their phones too. Got to say it looks fugly/ugly in green though.
Can you share some more about the Victory? Perhaps by PM, I might know someone interested.
Re: JH600B for sale (or maybe a Victory)
It's called "Bad-Ass Green" and it is bad-ass! (Hen Duo Respect from the locals!)
I had the chance to follow LJH thru the Beijing mountains this summer (I was on the JH, he was w/ his wife on the JB), and it was an honor.

Re: JH600B for sale (or maybe a Victory)
The JH600B sidecar does not easily separate, as it is purposefully built to be a sidecar bike (with reverse gear transmission, steerable bucket wheel, etc).
I'd prefer a local sale for any of my bikes, thanks.
Re: JH600B for sale (or maybe a Victory)
Bike is off the market, for now. I need to resolve the JH600 stalling problem. I won't dump this problem on someone else.
