Hi!

Hi! I've been reading MCM for a while now, but havent really actually introduced myself! I've been in Shanghai for 8 years, but only started riding bikes since last year. At the moment i only have a yamaha cygnus z, but my past bikes include bikes from electric vespas to my beloved honda hornet.

Greetings and welcome to the forum. Is that the Cygnus there under the snow in one of your pix? I see it's got a 沪A plate, which makes life a lot easier.

Are you considering moving from the scooter to a proper bike? I look forward to your posts, and perhaps to meeting as we Shanghai denizens welcome winter with a regular schedule of (No-)Bike Nights. (No designated driver needed if there's no bike to ride home...)

Haha, no that bike under the snow was one of my first bikes in china, one of those crappy 2000 quai generic scooters, and unfortunately the hu A was just a 加油牌照! I would love the idea of moving to a bigger bike, and am currently saving up the money and hopefully i will have enough in time for spring! As for now, my cygnus will have to do :)
