First Motorcycle ever, 250cc Bobber

Hello guys.

I am a 50 year old male who basically got a wild hair up my bumm and decided to get my first bike.

Just ordered my first motorcycle from killermotorsports in DFW TX. Starting to wonder if maybe I made a mistake ordering from them as their customer service is terrible. They seem to not answer the phone anymore or return calls or emails. I am in TX and they claim one day delivery since I am also in Texas. Turns out they said 10 days and the bike is actually coming from CA. Seems these guys are just drop shippers like the ebay middle men. And half the options on their web page doesnt work. Starting to regret ordering from them.

But I dont want this to be a gripe session. I ordered an Ice Bear 250cc Bobber. I think you guys know it here as the Dong Fang Bobber. I cant wait to get this bike.

Hopefully there wont be any issues with my bike but from what I read here, there may be some. This forum is exactly what I need to get info for the Bobber as there is lots of chatter here about it. I will be doing my required safety class soon also. Should be fun.
