You know bikes are banned in suzhou right? If you want to register a bike you'll have to do it in one of the neighboring towns like Mudu or Wujiang.
I know they're banned in some parts, yes. I've spoken to the cops near where I work and luckily I can ride in. I know where the office is in Wujiang so I'll try there.
