Where to buy roketa mc113

I would like to buy a roketa mc113, reason 1 there cheap reason 2 it does more than 60mph. I cant not find a Reliable site that doesnt have a ton of ripoffreports. where can i buy one ? I also found the D250rtc does it really only do 60mph?
I'd also take pretty much any bike that is CHeap close to $2000 or under as possible. I just want to be able to use it on the highway if i need to so 70+ would be nice. Only thing i require is that it has to be a street bike :). Any suggestions would be awsome thanks a lot.
