NW China Xinjiang Entry and Travel Contact
Every now and then I get a query from someone asking how to ride into the North West China province of XinJiang from Kazakhstan or Pakistan and until now I had no good info.
Recently a fellow adventure rider named Boskoop (Emiles) rode from Europe into China and back out again. Granted, he entered China with an escort, he nevertheless got in and there was an arranged fixer waiting for him at the border. Apparently the company, New Land International Travel Service Co. Ltd. based out of Kashgar, China has been reliable for him and other travelers as well.

there was another guy, Bjorn Holland, who managed to enter via Torugart and to exit via Kunjerab sometime in September 2008.

Would be interesting to know, which agent he has used.
