What is the single best Chinese Dual-Sport Bikes sold in the USA today?

I want to buy a Chinese made dual sport bike, but I don't want a big headache. I know I will have to perform regular maintenance on the bike, but at the same time, I don't want to get ripped off either.

No, it doesn't matter to me. I just want to buy a good, cheap, bike and wanted others' opinions on which bikes are the best.
