I thought, omigawd, them stickers look awful, so it was vinyl time!

Still got lower panel and front fender to do, but I ran out of materials, was going to go matte black & matte red, but the red vinyl wrap wasn't getting on with me, wasn't as easy to work as the matte black vinyl, nor as sticky. Will show more pictures once I finish it this weekend.
Comments appreciated.

If you say that the comments are appreciated...
Damn man, clean and lube that chain and spray exhaust pipe with thermo resistant paint! :icon10:
Another thought: OK, maybe black is cool, but it certainly makes you and your bike sort of stealth in everyday traffic. If near you exist some contour cutter, you can design your own pattern of reflective stickers (you can find it in black too). I do not know if the UK mandatory use of high visibility vests, but even those stickers help you reduce the chance to here someone's "SMIDSY".

the exhaust isn't rusty, its the silver thermal wrap covered in gunk, but an exhaust respray is on the cards.
The chain needs TLC, but I'm waiting for chain lube to get too me as I didn't realise I ran out.
I know what you mean by the stealth look being a risk, I wear a white helmet to stick out against the black gear in the concrete urban landscape. It's not yet compulsory to wear a florescent jacket in the UK but I do wear a reflective florescent harnesses ontop of my gear.

Also have you got any links or examples of these stickers, I'm intrigued?

Those are pre-cutted stickers for specific model - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2t3ZtqfYk_o , but nothing stops you to buy roll of reflective vynil, cut it by yourself or with contour cutter and slap it on the bike.
Plus, don' t forget rim tapes - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0Mx53NpBL8s .
