Hello from (another) french guy in china

Hey guys,

Name is Yang, 32 yrs old, from France, been living in China, Shanghai for the past 3 years, always riding electric scooters so far.
As i grew a real interest for motorcycles, i would like to start getting on a motorcycle driving license in Shanghai.

i read lots of posts about driving licenses, but all of them explain how to get a license when u already have one from your original country.
Except that i have no driving license from any other countries i lived in before (no car, no bikes).

Can anyone explain to me how this would work for a foreigner in Shanghai who would like to learn from scratch the driving skills in China?
which motorcycles school would you guys recommend me to contact, etc?

btw i cant read any chinese, but i can speak fluently (would that be a problem for the written test, as i understood the english version is only available for foreigners who already have driving license from another country?)
