This is their 300, which actually is a 272cc version of the NX250 engine, they also seem to be configuring it with a CV carburetor.

Who is going to buy one of these and for that price.
If they sell the engines they would be sold to another manufacturer to build a motorcycle around, I would think.

They seem to work with a trading company that goes by the name Juney Best CO., out of Hong Kong?
Dongbens primary product line is trikes and they may have developed these engines for them.
But they also put it in street bikes, one is the race bike and the other is a cruiser style bike.

None of their partners, if these are legitimate, ever get the specification right on the engines. The above has them way off.
It appears that "Dongben" bikes and 300cc engine are not novelty in Columbia - "Spitz" SP 300-2.
