A start to a project (Tank Khaos Vision 250)

Hey all, Been working on chinese scooters (qmb139 and GY6 based) for a number of years as well as pit bikes and the like for a long time. I just got this bike the other day for $180 with a clean title. Kinda having a hard time finding solid information on it, but it's a Tank Khaos Vision 250. As best as I can tell it's engine is either borrowing heavily from or a bolt-for-bold copy of a Honda Rebel 250. Anyone know whether that's true, and is there a source for body plastics and other parts? Looks like most of the streetbike styled china 250s are either thumpers or V-twin.

It is the version of the engine Honda offered in Asia, support a tachometer and gear position indicator display.
