When you embed a You-Tube video into MCM you'll see an arrow in the lower right corner of the You-tube screen. This Arrow brings up options such as captions, annotations and High Quality (HQ) version of the video if it's available.
The HQ option may not show immediately when you load, but wait a second and the option should appear.
