I am not sure where the engines are coming from, the body parts are familiar.

Here are a few offering that are in Vietnam; one is Rebel USA and the other is Visitor Phoenix.

The Rebel USA CB125R shares body parts with the Loncin LX250-7

However the LX250-7 has a 249cc single and these have a 125cc twin.
The CB125R has more aggressive look then the Loncin.
