motorcycle starting problem( strange one !!!)
hi all so i decided to chnge my carb for a bigger one and re jet it and now when i start the bike with handle bars to the side its fires up soon as i point the wheel straight it cuts out!?!?!? how bizare is that if any of you guys no what i could try that would be helpfull

Throttle cable improperly adjusted? Too tight in one direction? Shouldn't happen, but who knows.
Alternately, and coincidentally, something is screwy in your ignition switch?

First, throttle cables routing, then their attachment to the carb and the handle. Something must be tight somewhere.
If these are OK, while the engine is running, start squeezing and squashing electrical wires that run from the kill switch. If it's a wire problem, it should cut out once hit "the spot".

I also had a simular problem with my wiring loom near the handle bars but not as bad as yours, this wouldn't happen if they spent an extra 10p on parts and labour to solder the wires together rather than crimp them together!
