pulae adrenaline 125 rebuild

Hello there guys ive baught my self a pulse for a re build project.. something to do over the winter... well already come into a few gremlins... 1 the start motor just spins inside its brand new its not engaging with the cog behind the magnetic fly wheel I will ad a picture.

If you look behind that flywheel tbat is the cog.. it just spins freely but I need to get that fly wheel of I have taken that bolt of the front then the thing still wont budge so im stuck at the moment.

Also my bike will not idle for s*it first it was floats then needle.. I reckon it needs a dunk over night in some cleaner of sort any suggestions?

Read this OR Suzi shop manual
The threadlcok coded in Suzi manual = Product from Three Bond . Find the loctite/ other brand's # in Google.

Oh dam I forgot the engine is based on the gs! Why didnt I use my noodle... cheers mate your a life saver!

Another quick queation.. is there any good cdi units for better running and performance on the pulse?

any idea what mm the puller is?
