Re: An Electrical Challenge
Dear Aje,
Welcome to MCM, and good luck with the new Adrenaline. Please let us know whether you get the answers you need from the service manuals Humanbeing has offered.
Looking forward to seeing pix of your bike and where you ride it!
cheers

Re: An Electrical Challenge
might seem obvious and I don't mean to sound patronising, but checked any headlight fuse?
Re: An Electrical Challenge
if it is not the fuse: I had an almost identical problem last week on a friend's bike.
The small front running lights, the tail light and the license plate light run on a seperate circuit, and were all out.
It happened to be a slightly corroded contact inside the key-contact.
Lots of contact spray and moving the key left to right finally fixed it.
Must say that on a Benelli, the headlights only come on after starting the engine.
But the above mentioned running lights / tail light come already on when you turn the key, getting the power from there.
Re: An Electrical Challenge
Thanks folks, apologies for the late reply. I found a loose connection in the bundle of wires near the headlight. All seems to be working now.
Cheers for the replies.
