TMEC 125 ENDURO SPEEDO CABLE
Hi all im looking for a speedo cable for a tmec 125 having great trouble in finding one looked at various ones but none would fit i dont have the original one so nothing to compare it too, all i know is it suppose to have a square on each end of the cable and the thread that screws to the wheel end is very small the other end what goes to the speedo is standard thread this is where the problem is as all the ones i have looked at have both standard ends i was told a yamaha xt125 one might fit it looks like it dosent or the honda xr or the honda cub 90 if i could get the small screw thread it would help

These are the distributors in the US of the TMEC 200, Excalibur Motorsports; www.atv4usa.com They have always had parts I have needed, including a speedo cable. Not sure how much it would cost for int'l shipping, but if worse comes to worse...

would the 200 speedo cable fit the 125 tho im not so sure from the picture i have seen of one ?

It would be a direct fit; the only difference between the 125 you guys had in England, and the 200 we have is the engine itself, and the speedo/cable is based on physical characteristics of the bike, not engine size since it never is attached to the engine.
In fact, the online parts manual that Excalibur has on its site is for the 125:

On page 3 of 72, they show the drawing of the cable (#8), but scrolling down to page 4, they mislabeled it as #9.

yes tried them nothing doing i have manage to find one that fits direct swap no messing about changing ends its for a Malaguti F12 F15 Phantom Firefox 50 cc i have yet to test it as the bike is not tt or insured so cant be used on the road

I spoke with the owner of Excalibur, and he said to email him. I actually have an extra TMEC speedo, but I would prefer to hold on to it (sorry), but Excalibur have them.
