2010 Dong Fang Bobber 500 Miles. Hi all new to this forum

Here is my question my step son came home with this bike and it runs like hell doesnt idle and sputters. What are the manufactorer main jet and idle jet sizes? What size jets should I use in current carb because it looks like they were played with?

2) What spark plus should be used in the bike?

3) Where can I find a replacement carb?

4) I feel the carb is just dumping fuel because I changed the oil and I started the bike to try and dial it in and now the oil is just black, intake valve?

Any help in this would be huge because I have spent many hours trying to get this bike running.
