QJ 250-L (keeway) huge gasoline consumption
We have some situation in Poland.
Last year the distributor of Qianjiang (Keeway) in poland has left the Polish market.
We have not any mechanical service in Poland, and we can't buy any parts.
With my bike i have not many problems with parts, I have the old version with carburetor and the engine parts are equal with the lifan parts.
But we have problem with parts for the new ones, they have injection system and lambda sensors.
The only one Chinese bike in Poland with injection in Regal Raptor/Johnny Pag.
We do not know if the parts are equal?
And now the problem:
A friend of mine has a new model and the motorbike according to me is not working properly, and has the symptoms as follows
1 large gasoline consumption approx. 5 l / 100km (city)
2 from exhaust pipes you can smell gasoline
3 rear cylinder slowly heats (much faster heats up front cylinder)
4 after warming up, engine loses power (a decrease of ok.15-20%) and slightly jerk when adding gas.
5 spark have a black color (black dry soot) - on both a spark (blue).
In my opinion the injectors give whole time too much gasoline, they “think” the engine is cold.
But we can’t buy the temperature sensor in Poland.
Give me please a clue, maybe we can take those from regal raptor.
Or maybe we can disconnect it? Or we should change the lambda sensors?

Yes it is from Delphi.
I must ask him if he can make a photo of this temperature sensor.
I must look if the Regal Raptor hat the same.
You know, buy it china is no problem, but the waiting time...

Is there any possibilty to restart the CDI computer?
The temp sensor was dispatched 2 month's ago, and came yesterday.
In the meantime we have mounted the CDI in another QJ250-L.
And the other motorcycle have the same issues. We think that the CDI is broken, or the previous owner has tried to upload their own curves.
Measurements of HC showed that one cylinder is working properly and the other does not.
Is there any posibilty to reprogramm the CDI? Or reset the curves?
The motorcycles serivices are laughing at us, and say that the Delphi computer is a chineese copy, and they have no program for him.
Is there any possibilty that the CDI was mount in a Japaneese motorcycle too?
