Romet R 150/ Jinlun 150

Hi,
I have searched on this forum, but i can't find.
I have readed that some people here can say me what a make is a motorcycle when they have the VIN number.

Can you help me found out from with manufacturer comes this motorcycle?
Or better what engine he had, motorcycle is standing in service and the owner can not give me the engine number.

The begining of the VIN number is: LD3PCK6J9B1321156

The issue is:
A friend of my, has a Romet 150, it is a polish importer, we always thought it is a Jinlun 150.

He has a problem with the engine, he must buy a new piston, rings, piston pin.
The problem is the importer say that the piston pin has 15mm diameter, an he has a 13mm in his engine.
