shes in beijing... the DL from them can only be issued in hainan....

to get a real DL from down Hainan was possible at least 2 years ago.
I have a friend who did it. But ... it was only possible to get a car licence no matter if you have your home countrys motorcycle license or not. so he took the carDL ..... better than nothing
