superbyke 125 please read/help

hi guys im new here but not new to bikes as iv been riding on and off for about 20 years ... so long story short I got me a superbike 125 for on the road as a little run around . I got it as a non runner to get running . now iv worked on pitbikes and can fix 99% of things with them but this superbike is been a pain in my a$$ lol . basically I try to kick it over and sometimes if with fire then die with in about 2 sec . now iv checked for spark and its fine . took carb off and cleaned the jets and freed up the floats as they was stuck so thought that was it sorted . but no ... iv tried looking for the carb default settings and am I right in thinking the idle is 1 1/2 turns out and mix screw is 2 turns out ? . I have read about that where the tank tap don't have a tap but uses a suction system so checked all that as no fuel was coming out the fuel line ..... gotta pop to bike shop tomorrow as the kick start has now sheared with me trying all day to start this bloody thing ....... any help guys :-(
