Konker 200 unknown fork leak, but not from the seals?
Hi everyone. I recently bought a 2010 Konker KSM200 and came across this awesome forum while doing some research.
I love the bike so far, but this morning I noticed a leak under the tire and have narrowed it down to the right fork.
I've cleaned the excess oil away and used a seal mate to clean out the dust jacket and oil seal inside. However, it seems that the leak was coming from the top of the collar that sits around the seals (specifically coming from the small gap noted by the red arrow).

I've done some searching through the forums and found some great resources on cleaning the seals and general maintenance, but I'm at a bit of a loss as to what might be causing the leak.
Has anyone here encountered something similar?
I'm thinking it may a problem with one of the bushings, but before I pull the forks apart, I thought it best to seek the advice of more experienced owners.
Thanks to anyone who might have an idea of what is going on.

Hi and welcome
Sorry can't help with your problem in hand but general this is due too badly designed and manufactured parts .
Welcome again to the club TIC ........

Sokar, if you can manage to disassemble fork, I think that you'll find something to seal problematic details in a "Loctite" or "Permatex" product ranges. Who know, maybe even cheap epoxy glue could help.

Thanks Prince666 and Zorge for your help.
I'll try to take the fork off and see if I can find the leak. If the seals still look good, I might try putting some teflon tape at the top of the collar to seal it back up as a last resort.
