How the hell do you add an avatar photo on this forum ??? I have tried and have had enough !!!

Use the mouse. Move mouse pointer over your MCM profile name (pseudonym) > left click mouse button. You should now be on "View Profile" page aka '<Member List> <pseudonym> below the ADVMoto banner ad, on LHS will be a table with your pseudonym at the top and on RHS...
You should see a table with "My Activity" and "About Me" underneath which is a list of your recent MCM posts.
Above the 'ADVMoto' banner ad should be tab menu options from left to right;
"Forum Home" "New Posts"... through to "Quick Links"
To the left of "Quick Links" is "Forum Actions" > left click with mouse pointer on "Forum Actions" results in drop menu... at the bottom of the drop menu is "Edit Profile" left click on that.
Two table groups (boxes) appear below the ADVMoto banner ad to the left and right... on the LHS nested down the page starting from "My Messages" then "My Subscriptions" followed by.... "My Settings" inside this table/box > left click "My Avatar" the rest should be self explanatory...
