squeezing a little bit more power of a CB250 engine
hi, i have a lifan 250-4, been riding it four a couple of years, and now that im gonna re build the engine, i was wondering if you guys have any suggestion for squeezing a little bit more power out of it.
the engine is a 2 parallel cylinders 233cc....its a copy of the honda rebel
for starters, i was thinking on boring it out a litte bit....any other suggestion guys?

Machinist suggested [GY6 150cc (KBF) /+0.5mm] http://www.chyangwa.net/thread-17478487-1-1.html 13#
Other option: AN150 http://www.chyangwa.net/forum.php?mo...uthorid=295682 11#

<Ironic epic> Mailed barrel to the machinist above ie. http://item.taobao.com/item.htm?id=21364656584 BUT doesn't check 1st: it's "weird" 14mm pin ...
Re-mail to machinist AGAIN +0.1mm (for Suzi EN125 +0.5mm piston & rings)
Drunk during reassembly (500ml of http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Erguotou) ... Apply too much gasket maker, oil path blocked ...

Re: squeezing a little bit more power of a CB250 engine
is that the only choice? i was thinking on putting 2 pistons from the bajaj 135 and leave the bike at 280cc, and just for the sake of longevity, im adding an oil cooler as well, is nothing else to do?
