zing 250cc sump bolts.

Got a small problem with this Zing bike again.
Let my little sisters boyfriend help me out and told him to change the oil.
What i did not know is there are 2 bolts underneath this engine on the sump.
The one he took out dropped a spring and a small rocket shaped piece of metal.
lf250gy-7 with a 172mm-2 engine.

I need to know what it is for??
and also what order and way it goes back in???

awesome, at least i know i put it back in correctly.
Is suzuki gn250 the same engine as mine then?
If so finding parts will be a lot easier.
