2016 Bennetts Lightweight TT Race

With 34 riders entering the Bennetts Lightweight TT race WK/CFMoto had a tall order in hand with 2 bikes entering the race this year.

With Garry Johnson and Craig Neve making the start line the race is on.

With a final 4th place for Garry Johnson and only 2 Sec behind 3rd place winner Martin Jessopp on a Kawasaki and Craig Neve finishing a respectable 16th just 3 minutes behind Garry.

Well done WK and CFMoto.

Luckily for CF no 125cc was entering the race this year :riding::riding::riding:

If it had not been for a bit of trouble in the pits it would have been a 3rd place finish.

They are not permitted to modify the engines in the light weight class, but they spend allot on all the other parts, body panels, brakes…exhaust.
The new SV650 was racing as well as the MT-07, the latter of which is the best seller, but did not even show up on the final result sheet. Another bike not even mentioned was ridden by an Italian Team, Paton they placed fifth. (The street legal Paton is powered by a Kawasaki engine)
