How much PSI for sand or mud?

How much PSI or Bar do you use for sand and how much for mud?

OK because no one else has chimed in.

I think I was running 12 psi in the back.

This is only my own opinion I suggest you go and ask riders in your area our a reputable dealer/club in your area.

But as Crazy said depends if you are throwing rocks into the equation and what tyres and tubes you are using.

Because I was riding trials for the last couple of years I don't fully remember.

i was running 4/5 psi in my trials tyres.
