Hello all, let me start by saying thanks to all you guys putting up such great info. This is my first bike and I wouldn't have felt comfortable buying it had I not had this resource. I ordered mine from scooter depot and recieved within 5 Attachment 5441days, paperwork arrived day before the bike did. So far no issues, only 275 miles on it yet. I've swapped out the bars but all else still stock. Attachment 5440
robot8,
Your bobber is looking good. Sounds like scooter depot is now on the ball regarding delivery and paperwork.
Very cool.Glad to here it.I myself was doing the same as you..keeping up on the reviews and all the work being done and mods..and got mine in about 6 days from Scooter Depot with no hassles at all. and like you the paper work was in my mail the day before the bike arrived. all ready to go.Happy riding and be safe. I like the new bars..gonna do some stuff to mine soon and post it soon as well..kinda in slow mo right now..overtime ya know...
By the way, forgot to mention mine arrived without the toolkit either but 15 minutes on hold with parts an i got the kit in a few days. I will be ordering the rear sprocket since having to shift mid-intersection does make me a little nervous:eek2:. I read Aboshi had trouble with the neutral, I was having the same trouble and found it was the lightest tap I needed coming down but still have trouble going into neutral going up. I will try a different oil at the next oil change to see if that helps. Anyone else have any issues with neutral? So far I'm chalking it up to just having to get used to it and puting more miles on it. Again thanks everyone for all the usefull info.
robot8,
So scooter depot sent you a tool kit? Could you post a photo of the tool kit contents. Never got mine from extreme scooters so might bug them if it is worth while.
Neutral can be tricky at times but practice helps.
Barnone,
Will post pic shortly.
Attachment 5442 Not much of a toolkit, but hey..... p.s. the sticker was my addition ))))
robot8,
Thanks for the photo.
