Re: Exhaust can for Qingqi QM200GY (aka Qlink, etc)
Just got my Qlink XF200 several weeks ago and am loving it but I'm doing the slow break in so haven't hit it hard yet. Just started moding it.

First ride up to Deal's Gap.
I borrowed the can off my Pitster Pro Classic 125 CT70 clone to try on my XF200 and it worked so well that I left it on and ordered another Ebay $40 1 1/4" inlet one for the CT70 clone.
It's a shorty can.

Used the supplied band with the rubber insert and bolted it to to the first mounting place.

I didn't use a clamp because it is a snug fit and I've been running it that way on my clone for two years with no problems. It's a little loud so I stuck a baffle under the spark arrester to mellow it out a bit. No problem with clearance with the plastic.

Another view showing the Load Lord XT225 rear rack (Ebay) that I modified to fit the XF200. Trimmed the arms to fit and redrilled the mounting holes. I used some tubing spacers and longer bolts for the rear mount.
I did some more adjustment this morning and will post some more detailed photos if anyone is interested.

I drilled another hole and lowered the rear of the rack. I think it looks better and tucks in nicely.

Did the SAI removal yesterday thanks to the example here. Now off to get the jets.

BarNone - How about a Sound Clip Video? I would really like to hear this. Is it Louder then Stock? Notice much more performance differance?

Much louder than stock but I put a baffle in it to reduce to sound to a reasonable volume. Can't say about the performance increase. Need to rejet her. I plan to dyno her before/after the rejet.
Re: Exhaust can for Qingqi QM200GY (aka Qlink, etc)
You didn't rejet yet? Isn't that risky running a aftermarket can without rejet? I thought you had to do this or run this risk of poor fuel mixture and possible over heating the piston? Rough Running, and all those things. It was alsways my understanding that rejet with a aftermaket can was a must?
Re: Exhaust can for Qingqi QM200GY (aka Qlink, etc)
I finally got the jets and need to set up an appointment to do the dyno run before and after. I just migrated from the mountains of North Carolina (higher altitude) to flat Florida so have been taking it easy on the bike until I rejet. 127.5 seems to be the one to try first according to BoostCrzy at

Barnone - Did you just replace the one jet?
Re: Exhaust can for Qingqi QM200GY (aka Qlink, etc)
I found the whole system for about $250 Shipped - I'm seriously considering this after reading more and hearing it. I read above the the DRZ-125 Will bolt right up?

Would it be a good recommendation to rejet starting with the 127.5? Open to advice.......I want a good can, and this I can say has been the most appealing yet.
