Re: Sherpa, TRex, Roketa 124cc Street Bike MC-38??
[QUOTE=birdmove;71023]I think they show the top speed of the sidecar rig as 25mph. I probably should not even look at those. I've heard that for an old geezer biker that's long set in my ways, it could be a disaster trying to ride a trike or sidecar rig.[/QUOTE
Yep, I noticed the 25 MPH speed before I ordered it. Plenty fast for what I intend to use it for which is ride kids around here in the mountains. I sold my Ural which I used for that fun so the mini sidecar will fill in.
I've been riding for almost 60 years and adapted to my Ural sidecar rig just fine. You can do it if you want to. Definitely different from a two wheeler.

Re: Sherpa, TRex, Roketa 124cc Street Bike MC-38??
I have stopped by their shop last year when my wife and I were passing through Huntington Beach, Calif as they are a few miles away in Moreno Valley, Calif because I had friended them on facebook after watching some of their videos. We did not get into mechanics too much, but I believe they use the 140cc engines as a base on their performance minis. Here is their direct site:
http://www.bixbymoto.com/
I would suggest to contact them. I know you are far more mechanically inclined than me, so would know what to ask to 'pick' their brains
The above site show stock bikes for sale, not their custom offerings, at their posted retail prices. I have felt that their prices on the above site and on Craiglist seem a little high, but you have to take into consideration these are California certified Skyteams. On Craiglist, they also have an OTD price on the CT clones--again geared towards local Californians buying a California-legal bike. The rest of us in the other 49 states can buy the sub-$900 CT Skyteam on that site Birdmove showed us!

culcume,
Thanks for the info.
I got noticed that the ST125-8A has shipped. Should be here next week.
Fast service.
No shipping notice on the 110cc 4 stroke Retro Motor Bike with Cargo Sidecar.
Re: Sherpa, TRex, Roketa 124cc Street Bike MC-38??
The sidecar bike is an Ice Bear? I am curious as to the quality of the Ice Bear replicas vs. the Skyteam replicas--Ice Bear sells a CT70 replica, too, and a couple other 'monkey' bikes. They have a bike which is a cross between a monkey bike and a scooter

Here is a video for an Ice Bear sidecar, although I wish he made it longer:

I've seen that mini jeep before but don't know who makes it.

Should have them both before too long.
