I went with this one, as I plan on changing the wiring on/for a new headlight, plus 2 relays for direct battery voltage to high/low beam. (if I can ever get register/tag completed. The NewJersey syndrum in CT.).
It is still stupid small and has a LOT of reserve. ( I like overkill)

Just got my (Dad's) silver bobber off the truck a couple hours ago. Amost have it ready to start up after 2 or so hrs. of uncrating and assembley. No I don't work for the company and yes they were fab. Not a minutes BS from Scooterdepot or their delivery/trucking company which was spot on I might add. With a call this morning by the trucker that he would be at my address in a half hour. And He was. Shes more impressive than I thought she would be. And with a larger frame than I expected for actual 6 feet plus Americans not midgets from third world countries. When Dad (6 ft 1") sits on it it looks fine. And I 6 ft 3" actually have plenty of breathing room which suprised the heck out of me. If it runs satisfactory with enough uummph. to get out of the way "I'm getten one" BTW, they look niiice in silver too. John
If you want to put a 55/65 watt bulb,or larger and new headlight shell you can/should only use the stock wiring for a trigger, to the relays. This is where you get the relays etc.
Motorcycle Relay Kits, Parts, Powerlet, Centech, Posi-Lock, and More!
I have already done this on My Triumph.
If the stock headlight is feed directly from the stator (AC voltage), that will have to be changed/disconnected and routed through a new fuse panel to DC voltage.
Quite possibly... Key on, headlight on. Thus the need for larger capacity battery.
I thought it was here, still getting familiar with this site. Great people & info but a difficult site to navigate.
Just sold my Bonnie last week after 40 yrs of kicking, bought Bubba this week from an Illinois Dealer (delivery soon) hope my thumb holds up better than my leg.
Thanks for the reason for upgrading lighting (Triumph needed too) & link
