Do these bikes get delivered to your house in a box with assembly required? I'm mechanically incline, but I was just wondering.

Hey Ron, No these bikes are all dealer sold and supported. No drop shipping here.

Took the bike to work today, planned it out that way cause I had an offsite at 1 that was close to my house. So I managed to ride all day and get paid for it, not to mention have the office cover my parking and tolls :clap:

can't say how much I love riding this machine :thumbsup:

Went to State 8 (dealership in Peninsula, OH) today after work, a bit out of my way, but well worth it. The guys up there were FANTASTIC, especially compared to that jerk at Pride of Cleveland.

I'm happy to report I put an order in for tha Heist, can't wait to get it, should be here later this week/early next!

I'm half tempted to call the guy at Pride of Cleveland to inform him that he's now lost out on two sales, but I'll leave well enough alone. I DID email Scott at CCW and thanked him for helping our family out and hooking us up at State 8, it was above and beyond any response I would have expected. That's how you treat customers!

Good outcome, and good luck with the purchase. As for Pride of Cleveland, perhaps you should just email them a link to this thread. They'll be delighted to know how quickly word spreads about service quality -- or its absence.

I forget his name but the guy up in New England had his Heist shipped to his house in the crate. Also several dealer sites that I looked at will drop ship a Heist.

thats was nick from NH and it came out of the dealer not drop shipped to him. the dealer not doing the PDI was the error there and Nick was on the phone with PIT the entire time he was building the bike.
As for these sites they aren't supposed to drop ship, do you have a site you can link

There always seems to be an exception. The bike was shipped to Nick in the crate. I have some links but not my job to police the PIT dealers. Go to PIT's web site and look at the dealer locater and click on a few and put a Heist in the shopping cart and fill out the ship to address.
